By accessing or using SubAnimate, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Service

SubAnimate provides you with a subtitle styling and local video rendering platform. You must authenticate using a valid Google account to log in and use our dashboard functions.

2. Subscription & Pro Features

Access to certain premium features, templates, custom font uploads, aspect ratios, and animations is restricted to Pro users with active paid subscriptions billed via Lemon Squeezy. Sharing accounts or bypassing paywall gates is strictly prohibited.

3. Usage Policy

You may use our free features without any download credit limits. Any attempt to bypass, exploit, or disable our payment gateway or feature lock mechanism is grounds for permanent account suspension.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with SubAnimate Pro, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your billing portal, and you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your billing cycle.

5. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the videos, audios, and subtitle files you upload and render in SubAnimate. Because all media processing is done client-side (locally in your browser), you are solely responsible for ensuring your media does not infringe any copyrights or local laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall SubAnimate be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use this platform.
